Our Service Department is available and on-call 24 hours a day for existing Denalect customers. Non-Denalect customers will need to contact our Business Office Monday through Friday (9:00 A.M.5:00 PM) before we can provide repair service. The answers to most common questions can be found in the operation manual provided with your alarm system, such as:
If you don't have a manual for your alarm system, simply contact us and we will be happy to send one to you. Information pages for some popular alarm panels are available on-line. Of course, if you are unable to find the information you require, a qualified technician is only a phone call away. Keep in mind that during wide-spread power outages and storms, or after an earthquake, the Service Department receives a large number of phone calls. To prevent unnecessary delays during these times, we strongly encourage you to become familiar with your alarm system ahead of time (before an emergency situation occurs). This will avoid having to wait to speak with a technician. |
